Amazon offered Thursday it settled with Kelly Fitzpatrick and Sabrina Kelly-Krejci, two influencers it had sued for promoting the sale of false luxurious items in Amazon’s store.

Fitzpatrick and Kelly-Krejci can’t promote or promote Amazon merchandise going forward. Their settlement funds will be donated to the Global Trademark Affiliation, which educates customers about “the importance of trademarks and producers and the dangers of purchasing false merchandise” through its Unreal Campaign.
