Google Ads Introduces ‘ad strength’ Indicator & Reporting for Responsive Search Ads.

The new Ad strength measures relevance, quantity and diversity of the Ad copy in responsive search ads.  The indicator ranges from “Poor” to “Excellent” and provides suggestions such as “Add more headlines.”

    Google Ads Introduces 'ad strength'

    What is the catch?

Google want advertisers to have at least three ads per ad group and responsive search ads are aimed at helping advertisers meet that goal. So, more Ad copies with an Ad group should drive more impressions and clicks for an ad group overall.

Starting in early September, Ad strength will be available as a column in Google Adwords interface.  It will show up in the Ad creation interface for responsive search ads over the next few weeks.

    What should you do?

For your next Google Ads campaigns, ensure every Ad group has at least three ads which includes a responsive search ad.  Responsive search ads should have at least 5 headlines.

Email marketing is still the most effective digital marketing channel for businesses across all industries. It was responsible for 20% of the average business’s revenue in 2017, according to a Relevancy Group study conducted with OneSpot.

Email Marketing is far from dead, it is just that marketers and business owners use it the wrong way.

    - by ObadeYemi

SEO tools for small business abound on the Internet, choosing one that will tell you exactly why your website is not ranking is harder than hard itself.

I have reviewed quite a bunch of websites with SEO tools but I will be using seositecheckup to reveal reasons why most business do not get seen in Google search at all in this piece.

Google images are not the only reason your website is not showing in many more search results, but if you optimize your images for organic search, traffic to your website will turn a new leaf.

Among SEO tools that every small business owner should learn to use, seositecheckup is paramount because of how simple and straightforward it is.

Yeah, keeping it simple and straightforward. KISSS?

The PDF report that seositecheckup generates makes it classy to use, as you can easily use it to pitch client or tell stakeholders why SEO strategy deserves handsome investment at any point in time.

After screening SEO tools to use for this review, I started looking over the Internet for a website that will be my scapegoat. Mike Horev’s iknowseo.ca came in handy.

We shall see with our eyes why many small business websites do not show in search results. despite they contain information relevant to search terms.

Inknowseo.ca renders effective SEO services to small businesses both in Canada and across the world. It makes a great case study because it truly represents the meaning of SEO as a website.

    This is it.

Your darling SEO company can run their routine SEO services on your website and you won’t still be as visible as you should be in Google search. I am not saying they don’t know their onions.

Many a SEO services provider miss this part, truth be told. Whose problem it is, I do not know. But I will show you the solution now. That’s what matters.

First, do technical SEO audit of your website with seositecheckup or any other SEO tools. Why?

The fear of technical SEO is the beginning of wisdom in Digital marketing. The lurking danger in not resolving technical SEO is that everything will look but the desired results won’t just come through.

There will be less organic traffic, which means you have to keep paying to generate traffic. If a small business has to pay through the nose to consistently get more leads all year round, then there is real big trouble.

How to do SEO, technical SEO audit precisely?

Types of Keyword: Short tail Keywords

Short tail keywords are 2-word phrase (3-word sometimes) commonly used search terms. Short tail keywords are quite popular among digital marketers.

Short tail keywords are known for having huge search volumes because they are easily thrown around.

For offers that are quite unique, let’s say you are monopoly or no business offers what you sell online yet, short tail keywords are great.

In most cases, the first few businesses who start selling something online get a hold on short tail keywords, as they are easy to rank for when there is weak competition or none at all.

However, as the online market for such product becomes bigger, more competitors fight hard to rank for certain short tail keywords. At this point, it becomes quite expensive and more difficult to rank for such short tail keywords.

These are keyword suggestions for skinny jeans, from search terms in above example

From above example, one of the keyword suggestions, skinny jeans for men, can be used as long tail keyword for creating content, since it already has high search volume.
